The Associate of Science (A.S.) degree is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Students working toward the Associate of Science in Health Science degree will complete essential core requirements and electives that are designed to give them a strong foundation in the health science curriculum, along with the professional skills to pursue a career in their area of specialization.
