We’re excited to share information about an upcoming flu vaccination clinic with In & Out Clinic on the AC campus. Here are the details:

Time: 10:30 AM- 12:30 PM
Location: Hudgins Hall, Office 105 (Public Health Resource Center)
Cost: Free with most insurance; $25 without insurance

Each participant will need to fill out a form, which can be found HERE. Also, bring your insurance card and drivers license.
