The Smith-Hutson Scholarship, established at Angelina College in 2003, is designed to support incoming first-year students and any student with at least one year left in their academic journey who demonstrate both financial need and academic promise as they pursue an associate degree or certificate.
Taking into consideration other potential scholarships and the financial resources of both the student and their parents, the Smith-Hutson Scholarship typically offers substantial support covering tuition, books, fees, and reasonable living expenses.
We strongly encourage all eligible students to apply for the Smith-Hutson Scholarship by submitting the necessary supplemental information along with the scholarship application.
