All organizations must fill out and submit the appropriate paperwork to the Student Life Manager each year to be listed as an official campus organization.

Student Government Association

The Student Government Association is a leadership organization that aims to enhance student activities, promote student participation in campus events and recognized student organizations, to enhance the welfare of the student body in general, and provide input as requested by the college administration on policies, planning, and evaluation. Honors Societies

Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for the two-year college. The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa is demonstrated in the four hallmarks of the society: scholarship, leadership, fellowship and service. Through activities, the organization strives to honor those hallmarks for the improvement of the community, the college, others and themselves. To be eligible for membership, a student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 and have completed at least 12 hours of college work. Members must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA each semester following their induction. Provisional membership is available to students who have not yet completed twelve hours of college credit.

E-Sports Club

The E-Sports Club aims to provide an environment for students with a passion for competitive and casual gaming. Our mission is to foster a community within the realm of e-sports that can develop their skills, build meaningful connections, and engage in friendly competition.

First Generation Student Club

Empowering first-gen students by breaking barriers, celebrating diversity, and inspiring each other to reach new heights. We strive to assist students in taking their first steps toward a successful future and providing resources that will benefit both their personal and educational paths.

Fifa Pro Clubs

The mission of the club is to bring together soccer enthusiasts and gamers to compete in different tournaments. The goal is to create long-lasting friendships within the college community.

Fitness Club

The mission of the Fitness Club is to inspire and motivate students to achieve their personal fitness goals through a variety of engaging programs and activities. The goal is to enhance the college experience by promoting physical activity and encouraging a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

Intramural Sports Club

The Intramural Sports Club aims to engage students with recreational sports and activities. Our mission is to promote physical fitness, friendly competition, and teamwork while fostering community and school spirit.

 

Movie Club

The Movie Club is dedicated to creating a community of film enthusiasts who come together to celebrate and explore the art of cinema.

Roadrunner Veterans Club

The mission of “Roadrunner Veterans Club” is to provide a sense of camaraderie for U.S. Veterans, those who are currently serving in the US armed forces, and those who support the US armed forces in any way, shape, or form.

The Social

The Social aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for students to share their thoughts, experiences, beliefs, and ideas. Whether you are a local, out-of-town, or international student looking to meet new people or wanting to make friends in Lufkin, this group is perfect for you. Join us to expand your social circle and build lasting friendships with like-minded individuals.

Spanish Cultural Club

The purpose of this organization is to recognize the study of the Spanish language and Hispanic culture and encourage students to acquire a greater interest in and a deeper understanding of Hispanic culture.

Tabletop Gaming Club

The purpose of Tabletop Gaming Club is to encourage and facilitate a sense of community by providing a safe and inclusive forum for students, faculty, and staff to participate in multiplayer tabletop gameplay such as role-playing games (RPGs), card games, deck-building games, and board games. The goal of the club is to create social connections among students, faculty, and staff and strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The organization promotes exploration of new interests, stress management, friendship, personal growth, and community-building.
