VCT/Internet Appointment Form

Please use this form to make an appointment to take a VCT or Internet course exam in Jasper, TX at the Jasper Higher Education and Technology Center located at 450 Bulldog Avenue, Jasper, TX 75951 .

Requests for testing appointments must be made by 3:00 p.m. the day before your requested test date. Two hour timed test must be scheduled by 6:00 p.m. in order to allow sufficient testing time.

*Fall & Spring Testing Hours:

Mon. – Fri.: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

*Summer (June and July) Testing Hours :
Mon. – Thurs. 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

*All appointment times are subject to availability
