Partnership Services
The Partnership is designed to provide a variety of services to all member institutions which directly support the development and implementation of high-quality academic and technical programs that span high school and college. The primary goal of the Partnership is to enhance the available workforce by improving the educational opportunities for the citizens of Deep East Texas. There is no membership fee for schools in the Partnership.
Activities and Services:

Assist in the development of competency-based educational plans for articulated high school and community college integrated academic and technical programs, including student worksite experiences.

Assist in providing information to parents and students on employment opportunities and the necessary education and training.

Assist in coordinating non-duplicated deliver of services offered by a variety of providers to students and staff.

Assist with required monitoring and evaluation related to Tech prep

Provide staff to present Tech prep related staff development for public school and community college faculty and staff, and for community organizations.

Coordinate Partnership-sponsored staff development activities.

Provide funds, by subcontract from the fiscal agent, for pilot activities that target program improvement, student recruitment, and/or supplementary and preparatory services directly related to Tech Prep.
