Crisis Communications for Dispatcher TCLEOSE #2120
This 24-hour course is designed to provide additional information required to become a more proficient emergency telecommunicator. Topics of interest include Crisis intervention, Suicide Intervention, Family Violence, Hostage and Barricade Incidents, Hazmat Incidents, Bomb Threats, and more. This course is one of the required courses for obtaining an Intermediate Certificate.
