Objective 6.2 Strategies:
1. Require every faculty member to complete a Professional Growth Record each year.

2. Expand financial incentives and encourage the completion of 36 hours above the master’s degree.

Expected Outcome(s):
6.2.1. The number of faculty completing 12+ hours above the master’s degree will increase annually.

6.2.2. At least every two years, each faculty or staff member should attend at least one significant professional development activity that impacts instruction.

6.2.3. All full-time faculty will annually complete a professional development activity based on critical thinking.
