2. Analyze and expand upon the Texas Equal Opportunity report to seek to diversify staff.

6.1.1. Increase faculty and staff diversity every two years.

6.1.2. The ratio of the number of sections taught by full-time faculty to adjunct faculty will be 70% to 30%.
